Nest thermostat

My nest thermostat has a black screen

A few days ago we changed our Wi-Fi router and ever since then my thermostat has a black screen. And won’t turn on at all

I’ve tried just about everything and still my thermostat won’t work

Changing Wi-Fi settings is often a challenge for Google Nest devices, so much so that Google Nest says "If you install a new router, the easiest thing to do is use the same network name (SSID) and password as before." Maybe this Google Nest Help topic will help:

We don't have a Nest thermostat, but perhaps other thermostat owners will chime in with suggestions.
