Nest turns OFF at night, HELP!

Chester75

My nest turns off at night. OFF as in it looks like the system has been intentionally turned off. We wake up to a frigid home. I can’t figure out why this is happening. We don’t have voice control and it’s not part of any Home network of products. I don’t know what to do!!

Hi Chester75,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. To isolate the issue, please check the Nest Energy History. This would let you know the activity of your Nest Thermostat. You can click on this link to learn more about this.

Thanks,

Edward

I’ve looked all thru history and settings. It turns off about midnight.

Hey there,

I wanted to follow up with you. Do you mind me asking what type of Nest thermostat you own? There is a chance your device is following an auto schedule. I found an article with more details on that. Please let me know if that helps.

Best regards,

Jake
