it appears that your thermostat is controlling a more conventional HVAC system. I see from your picture that you are using Rh with a jumper to Rc, W, Y, G, and C. You can ignore the jumper wire between Rh and Rc, and other than that it’s going to be fully compatible with a Nest thermostat, or a Nest Learning thermostat.
