Nest works but does not start the boiler.

My boiler does not start anymore when turning the temperature on Nest. nest seems to be connecting fine to the device but does not start the boiler. 

any idea?

Hi, the community would like to help but you provide no details of the issue. Is this a new installation that has not yet worked, or has it all been working properly and suddenly stopped working? What do you mean when you say "Nest seems to be connecting to the device" - which device? How do you know it's not connecting? What kind of boiler do you have (combi?) Have you tried pressing the button on the base unit - does this start the heating?
