New 3rd Gen Nest Installed, but has US software

Hello all.

Weird one today, but im hoping someone has come across this before.

Wired a 3rd Gen Nest in for customer ( Sheringham Norfolk,UK ),bought from Screwfix. Fitted lots of these over the last 7-8 years with no problems.

There is no Boiler option in Equipment, only Humidifier or Dehumidifier .

I think this is a US faceplate thats been put in the box by mistake, as there's no way to change it.

Any ideas

Faulty Base Plate I am guessing!

 

Don't waste your time going through ''Humidifier or Dehumidifier'', that will not help at all.

 

Search on here and you might have found other posts I have mentioned in the past about that.
