New Thermostat wont add it to my account

Help,

I’m adding a new thermostat I scan the code my phone and the thermostat are on the same wifi as other Thermostats.

A screen comes up looking for other products to assist and it shows a camera & thermostat picture and looks like it’s looking for one of the camera on the account but there are no cameras on this wifi network and it never installs.  It gives me a TD030 code

What am i doing wrong ?

Hey tamulloy,

 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of thermostat do you have? What’s the color of the LED status light? How far is the device from the router? Also, Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair? Those devices could interfere with the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal.
