I submitted a warranty claim a week ago with a Nest thermostat that is suddenly not finding wifi network and have not received any email or other response at all. Can see that there is a Case ID that has been created, but that is all that has happened.

And I just had to create another warranty claim for another Nest thermostat (we have 3, and now 2 are having issues). The new case ID is ID 5-4451000035125.

In the meantime, could you tell us more about your Nest Thermostat for not finding any networks? Do you see any codes? If so, what's the message? Also, gather its battery level in the Technical Info settings on your actual thermostat.
