We have 2 Nest cameras that have been great over the years but this Nest learning thermostat is so far, a huge disappointment. Maybe we got a bad unit but we have not been able to connect the unit to our phones either through bluetooth or through, I guess. the Entry Key or Serial # the unit gives.
As a result, we have not been able to add the thermostat to our other Nest products, which kind of defeats the purpose of being able to control the unit from your phone. We've tried everything on our phones, turning bluetooth off/on multiple times, re-loading the Nest app. Anyone else having the same problem or is there a quick fix we're over-looking?

My wife figured it out. I didn't know there was an individual Nest app bluetooth on/off switch in Settings.
