Help! New Nest thermostat was working around 15 hours. When it felt cold in my home, I checked it. It was unresponsive. The Google App said offline. Wi-Fi was working. Also, put in new batteries. No heat. I’m not at home till Friday. What can I do remotely?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'm afraid that we don't have an option to check why the thermostat went offline remotely. As long as the Nest Thermostat is powered on, it would follow your schedule and Eco temperatures. You can click on this link for troubleshooting once you have access to your Nest Thermostat.
