No power nest thermostat

Nest E stopped working and now only has a flashing green light. All restart options failed.

My Nest E suddenly stopped working two days ago in the middle of the day and now just shows a powerless screen and the green blinking light. In the IOS App, it just shows 'offline'.  I tried the reset procedure of pressing the ring for 10 seconds (the green light changes to an orange light for one blink) then back to green blinks. Press again after a couple seconds and nothing. Pulled it off and reattached ensuring all connections were solid - no change. Pulled it off an put it on a USB charger for a day, no change. Please help.

If you have a 4 wire setup your thermostat might not get enough power , try to charge your thermostat if it has a usb plug at the back!, and  either get a 5 wire setup or ad a power supply to your thermostat
