- Once the power is off, carefully open the thermostat's base and check the RC wire connection. Ensure it's securely connected and there's no damage to the wire itself.
- You might need to push the connector button down and re-insert the wire for a proper connection.
3. Restart the Thermostat:
- Try a simple restart of your Nest thermostat. Hold down the display of your thermostat for about 10 seconds, then just wait until the thermostat turns on again.
