Nest says wires are not powered e72
voltmeter has 29 volts on the red wire.I have only one red. Put it in Rh and Rc but still not detection.
comnected hp t6 pro and it works.

The colors and the letters are closely related but not always and not absolute. Do you happen to have a picture of your old thermostat wiring and the wiring how it is installed for the nest? Which Nest Thermostat do you have?
Generally speaking if you have only one R, RH or RC wire you will connect it to either RH or RC on the Nest and the thermostat will provide an internal jumper if needed. Do not install a jumper wire. If you only have heating use RH if you only have cooling use RC and if you have both either.
