I select all my wires in my current system, the website says my Thermostat E is compatible, and then nothing. Nothing to download. Nothing to see. Just nothing happens, and I need the wiring compatibility/matching in order to do the install. Thanks!

I may be mistaken but I don't think the compatibility checker does that anymore. If you've used the checker and it confirms your system may work, it gives you a list of compatible thermostats. When you go to setup the thermostat, the Nest app will give you instructions during the setup.

Thanks for checking in. I downloaded the pro installation guide and it pretty much had all the information I needed. The compatibility checker indeed no longer works and I feel like customers should be alerted of this instead of trying over and over to get a custom wiring diagram to show up. Again thanks for your time.

I think the difference here is the web compatibility checker doesn't give you a custom wiring diagram. However, if you go to setup a thermostat in the Nest app, select your wires, it then does show you what to label your existing wires as for use with Nest Thermostat. I think this is what it means by custom wiring diagram.
