Offline issues

My nest keeps saying offline check Wi-Fi connection?? My wifi is working it has done this several times and just magically connects again in a couples days to over a week!  This has happened 3 or 4 times since I installed it a year ago

Hey Christine15,

 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: what type of Nest device do you have? What error message are you getting in the app? How far is your Nest device from your Wi-Fi router? Also, are you using a dual-band router (2.4GHz and 5GHz)? If so, which band is it connected to?
