I used to be able to control my Nest gen 3 from my iPhone 11 iOS 13.7-- but not anymore. About a month ago the app stopped working with our thermostats. There's been no change to our internet, no new equipment installed, etc.
We moved in 6 months ago --it had 2 identical Nest thermostats already installed. We erased the previous account holder from the system. For the last 5 months all has worked as expected.
I've uninstalled and re-installed the app. When I scan either thermostats' QR code, it says I'm already signed in to the account. Look for entry key, thermostat says its connected to an account (but doesn't tell me the name of the account.)
Very frustrated. What is the best advice you have?

Sorry for the delayed response and I'm sorry to hear about what's going on with your Nest thermostat.
Do you still need help with this? If yes, could you provide what type of Nest thermostats do you have? Also, if you're unsure about what account are they currently connected to, it is best to reset their account connection settings then set them up again to a working Gmail account.
