Plastic tab on nest display back broke off

I have seen lots of people mention on this forum that they’ve had problems with the little plastic tabs breaking off the back of the nest display and I’m wondering how I get a replacement plastic piece so that my nest does not fall off the wall

You will not get a replacement plastic bit as that has the thermostat serial number on it. The part youhave blocked out!

I take it you have contacted Nest direct, rather than waste your time looking for an answer on this place?
