I’ve had a nest thermostat fitted when I upgraded my boiler within the last six months, the nest thermostat has failed and the engineer who installed the original boiler and thermostat has come round and changed the nest thermostat, sent me an invoice for the replacement and asked me to send that invoice to nest for reimbursement. The invoice has the reference number which the engineer said Will make it easier for nest to identify the equipment.
I cannot find anywhere what email address I need to use or process to send this invoice to nest, can anyone help me please?
