Can not control my thermostat with my iPhone

Welcome to the Google Nest community! We’re going to need some more information from you to be able to help you. Please can you explain the issue further? Are you setting up the thermostat or is it already setup? Can you see the thermostat in the Nest app or Google Home app as appropriate?

It is already set up. I can see the thermostat in the nest app. I keep getting an eror message and it says to try again.
