Removing Rush Hour enrollment

At some point we bought into the idea of enrolling in rush hour. But with this thermostat being in a room that also stores wine...we absolutely need to maintain a constant temperature. How can we un-enroll from rush hour savings? Or am I stuck with constantly remoting in whenever I get the notification and overriding it?

And I see that this has been an issue with other people for a few years. So if someone from Google/Nest is monitoring or reading these threads - how about y'all add an option to unenroll our thermostats. Please.

If you’re currently enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards and you want to unenroll, you can't unenroll yourself unfortunately. However,  the Google Nest support team can help you with that. Here's how to contact them:

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
  3. Click Other, then click Next step.
  4. In the Resources section, click Next step.
  5. Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
