Connected Y G R W , Blue wire to O/B
then went to Device settings Configuration in Home App ---> thermostat > Heatpump-> Highlighted Heat pump wire to O.
This worked.

I connected White wire to terminal O/B on Nest
Yellow wire to terminal Y on Nest
Green wire to Terminal G on nest
Blue wire to Terminal C on nest
Red wire to Terminal R on nest ....
Set up Nest for cooling ... only heat come up ..indoor temp started rising
So changed wire configuration from above to as here -- connected White wire o Terminal W on nest , Connected Blue wire to Terminal C on Nest. This too caused heat, indor temp started increasing..

Hello there,
I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Thanks for looking into this, @Patrick_Caezza.
@Honeywell_sk, I see no wire connected specifically to the Y terminal from your old thermostat, only a jumper wire. With this, I'd suggest resetting your Nest Thermostat to its default setting and continuing the setup process. Please make sure to select the same configuration suggested above.
Once the setup is complete, activate your system and let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Mark

@Patrick_Caezza Sorry. There was a typo in my previous answer, which has worked. Below is correct wiring which worked
then went to Device settings Configuration in Home App ---> thermostat > Heatpump-> Highlighted Heat pump wire to O.
This has worked. Can you think of any issue in this wiring?

Hi everyone,
I'm sorry for the delay. I know it's been a while already. Thanks for checking it with us — I'm glad that it's working. It looks like all the wires are connected to its correct terminal. Please monitor your Nest thermostat performance and efficiency. If anything comes up, let us know.
I appreciate your help, @Patrick_Caezza and Mark.
Best,
Jenelyn
