Ive not had nest home reports for the last few months

i’ve checked and i have the setting turned on i. notifications but the last one i seem to have was many months ago!

checked junk and made sure its not marked as junk so im just not sure im actually getting it

these are the steps i have given a try already but still no report a month later

 

For other Nest thermostats:

  1. Open the Nest app.
  2. Tap Settings on the app home screen.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. Choose Nest Home Report.
  5. Note: You may need to scroll down to see this
  6. Toggle the slider to turn Monthly Home Report emails on or off.

For the new Nest Thermostat

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Tap Settings on the app home screen.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. Choose General Notifications.
  5. Select Email notifications
    • Note: You may need to scroll down to see this
  6. Toggle the slider to turn the Monthly Home Report emails on or off.
