Thermostat says wifi disconnected and I can’t reconnect it

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about what happened.
We'd like to verify a few details for us to further isolate the issue. Are you getting the message from the Google Nest thermostat or from the app? Did you make any changes from your router previously? Do you have any other Nest devices currently connected to your Wi-Fi?
You could also do a network reset by going to settings > reset select network.
