I have a red wire going into the rh terminal, which has a jumper
wire between the rc and rh terminals in my thermostat. Will the Nest thermostat work with my system if I connect the red wire to the r Nest terminal?

Hello folks,
Thanks for reaching out. I'd be happy to take a look into this.
Nest thermostats don’t use jumper wires, but if your current thermostat has a jumper wire your system may still be Nest compatible.
@Tomb74, you can connect directly the power wire to R terminal and follow the rest of the wire set up. Have a look at this article and let us know if you need more help.
@Natalymartinez, I appreciate you posting the picture of your Nest thermostat. To clarify, does your thermostat only have 2 wires (W & Rh)? Also, could you share us a picture of your previous thermostat wiring configuration?
Looking forward for your response.
Best regards,
Mark
