When google bought nest the quality dropped logarithmically. So google allowing HomeKit intervention will never happen because they are just concerned with locking you into their terrible ecosystem. If Google didn’t exist, this world would be better place, a place not driven by greed but cooperation among competitors to benefit the consumer. Is the how google thinks?? No!

The problem is self evident…you don’t or even won’t let anyone see my question. It’s called censorship and misinformation.

Okay, now I respond and my question appears. How can consumers trust Google? I don’t for sure and it is hard to find anyone that does.

Please explain why this badge photo was selected for me.

Hi there, 

Apologies for the frustrations, I do see your opinion, but was wondering if you had any questions that I could possibly help out with. As far as selecting your badge photo, it's randomly selected, but you can change it if you'd like. 

 

You can change it by:

  1. Clicking on your photo in the top right hand corner. 
  2. Selecting My Profile
  3. Then clicking My settings in the top left.
  4. Then clicking Avatar. There you can choose what you want or you can add your own picture.
