Speak with a LIVE person

I've had a the Nest thermostat and Nest Smoke Detectors for a couple of years.  Upgraded my phone and have been unable to connect the devices to the Nest App on the phone.  Also, unable to log-in to the Nest account or Google Nest account.  I want to speak with a LIVE person, PLEASE.

Are you in the UK?
