Hi there ,
my 3rd gen nest thermostat has no power and the heat link has no lights and is dead ! Can anyone help ?

How do I get a response from customer services . When I ask for a call back, I get the call but then have to press 1 to speak to someone but it doesn’t register so the voice just asks me to do it again then hangs up . I waited in the live chat queue and it didn’t move for an hour and I was position 1 ! Does anyone exist ?

How old is the thermostat, and who supplied? ie: Retailer, Installer.

I bought it from John Lewis and it’s only about 2 and a half yrs old!

I would take it back to JL in that case, and explain to them it's faulty and not fit for purpose, has not lasted for a reasonable length of time.
