Ordered a nest Thermostat 9 Nov 2023 direct from store.google.com.
It will not connected wirelessly to the Heatlink.
Support case opened 2 days ago, support wouldn't help as they were US specialist not UK. Advised I would be contacted within 24 hours.
No contact attempted.
New cases opened using chat and call - chat stopped responding, call ended after 15 minutes on hold.
Terrible service, no options to escalate complaint.
