My Honeywell has wiring that is confusing me how do I wire this to the nest?

The K terminal is Honeywells way of creating a C wire when there aren't enough wires. Google Nest uses the Google Nest Power Connector to do the same thing.
If you look in the furnace/air handler, you will find a small device that looks similar to this.
You will need to remove it and replace it with the Google Nest Power Connector and wire it like this.
