Switching to a nest thermostat from a Honeywell

My Honeywell has wiring that is confusing me how do I wire this to the nest?

@Richdevro 

The K terminal is Honeywells way of creating a C wire when there aren't enough wires. Google Nest uses the Google Nest Power Connector to do the same thing.

If you look in the furnace/air handler, you will find a small device that looks similar to this.

You will need to remove it and replace it with the Google Nest Power Connector and wire it like this.

I have a nest learning tstat I am trying to hook up. It had a Honeywell with W,K,R,C wires. How do I hook up this to the nest
