After about 3 years of working perfectly, both of my Nest t-stats have disappeared from my Nest app opening screen. It always showed both t-stats, what the temp was, what the setting is and up/down adjusting clicks. Now both are gone. Both are connected to the correct WiFi and same as iPhone. Both show connected to my account. I’ve restarted them. I’ve checked my app version. I have NOT deleted the app and re-installed as I fear that might cause more problems. Any help appreciated.
