Temp display on iphone not visible

I have the app on my iPhone 13 Pro and the temperature display that you can adjust is not visible. It’s like it works for four months and then it disappears. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s still isn’t working. Can somebody please help me?

My thermostat I think it’s the E one is located on a wall that is incredibly difficult to get to on my app the circle where it tells you the temperature and you can adjust. The temperature does not exist. I’ve had phone problems and I don’t know how to get this back. In the meantime, I’m freezing, so I have to climb up on the player piano With my sore foot and try to turn the sucker off. Help!!!

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue accessing your Nest Thermostat in the app. I've duplicated your thread in the main one here. You’ll receive all updates on this issue on the main thread, and we recommend updating and checking this thread when needed.

It's possible that you were logged in on a different account. Please make sure that you're signed in with the right email address associated with your thermostat. If so, check for other available structures where it might be connected.
