My Nest thermostat has been connected to the app for several years. All of a sudden, the app doesn't have the Nest on there anymore, and asks me to add a new product. When I try that it asks for a key #.
When I go to settings on the Nest it says it is already connected to the app! I tried scanning the code on the back of the nest, but it again said it was already connected. I also cannot locate a code on the Nest (in settings) to re-add it to the app!! I don't know what else to try??? Help, Larry
