Thermostat/ Heat Link Dead

On Friday 17th December my heating and hot water stopped. Two engineers later, I’m told that the Heat Link on my Nest is receiving power but not connecting with anything  - no signal to boiler/ hot water or thermostat or mobile.

I purchased this in March 19 and Google Nest replaced thermostat element in Feb ‘21. I believe this to be under warranty.

It looks like this is a common problem, reading through the comments. Is it or could it be possible that a software problem is causing this? Can someone offer advice on how to take this challenge to Google Nest, please. Thanks

Simple answer is yes it's very common

There is no challenge, just ring them and they will help
