Thermostat Timer

Heating appears to come on prior to the time set on the App. Thermostat is set to the correct time. Any ideas?

The Nest has an optional feature (called True Radiant on our model) that starts heating before your schedule time in order to get up to temperature AT the time you specify.  E.g., if you want the temperature to be 68F at 8AM, the Nest will call for heat at perhaps 7:30, so as to get all the way up to 68 by 8AM.  You can turn that feature off if you don't want it.

Hi Dreedie,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about what's happening.

I'd like to jump in here and check if you've seen CBFox's response. Have you tried turning off the True Radiant and observing how it's going?

Thanks for your help, CBFox.

Best regards,

Ryan
