Need a pic from the front so we can see the LETTERS wires are connected to. Hard to tell from that side pic. Also need to confirm what these wires connect to at equipment control board especially where the orange & blue wire are connected to on the control board.
you can try
red to R or Rc or Rh on nest
Black to W2 or *
White to W1
Yellow to Y or Y1
green to G
orange to O/B
blue to C
Configure your system for heat pump forced air & then choose option O for now under O/B set up. You might need to switch it to B later when you test your system and you get cool instead of heat or heat instead of cool. Hope that helps. Good luck.
