Nest battery won’t stay charged

My nest thermostat constantly goes offline. I take it off and charge it with the cable and after a few days the battery goes too low again. This super frustrating and just started a few months ago. My thermostat is barely a year old. What do I do?

Installed nest now not blowing cold

Replacement thermostat not connecting to heat link

My replacement 3rd Generation thermostat refuses to pair with the heat link. The light is flashing blue and I’ve placed the stat close to the link. It has not asked for the pairing code.
