I have not been able to establish why my nest thermostat 3rd generation cannot charge, I have tried multiple different USB plug connections throughout diff electrical sockets and it is no longer charging at all. Unclear what the issue is as it one day decided to stop working and cannot do anything on NEST as it keeps saying it needs charging. Any help would be welcome!

Hi, yes this is still a problem. I fully drained the battery and connected it back to power source but still having the same issue. The thermostat is less than a year old so unclear auto why this would be happening.
