Is this wiring compatible with Nest Thermostats?

Hard to say. I would go by the color description on the unit and NOT the colors of the wire as it looks like the person that installed that used a non-standard HVAV wiring.  Probably best if you check the other end of the wire where it connects to the HVAC unit to see how they are labeled on that end....

This an LG proprietary thermostat used on their ductless mini split systems.  It is not compatible with the Nest thermostat.
