Are you seeing an error code/message? Your other devices can connect to your wifi network?

Were you able to go to settings on your thermostat display? or try to press and hold your thermostat display for 10 seconds and see if anything changes.

I did but doesn’t work , i think hardware problems

You already did the factory reset too? Your router is near your thermostat right? That's strange because you're having the same issue. The replacement might be defective.

Hi folks,

I'm chiming in to see how I could help.

Thanks for the assistance, @Anonymous.

@Reza5, I'm sorry to hear you've experienced the same issue with your replacement thermostat, and I appreciate that you've tried to find a fix.

Please give these steps a whirl:

  1. Turn on your phone's mobile hotspot.
  2. Go to your thermostat settings > reset > account connection > reset.
  3. Check the network settings and search for available Wi-Fi networks.
    1. If still no networks are found, type your Wi-Fi network name and password manually.
  4. Lastly, going over the steps here might help.

Let me know if that helps or if the issue still persists.

Best regards,

Mark

Hey Reza5,

Thanks for letting me know, and I appreciate you checking that with us.

We can still request that they consider the option of replacing the device, since I know how important it is to you. But, in order to do so, I need you to provide us with the receipt from when you purchased your Google Nest Thermostat so that we can run another eligibility check. Otherwise, it will be best if you set yourself up by manually controlling your thermostat. If you have it, you can fill out the form to submit it to our team.

You may also visit our Google Store to see if there are on-going promotions for Google Nest devices in your country. I hope you understand.

Best regards,

Mark
