Thermostat missing

The thermostat has disappeared off my phone. I cannot get to it. I’ve had to change my password and nothing is working. My son in another state has access to it as usual. But I’m freezing. Lol

Are you certain you are logging onto the Google Home app with the same Google Account you've always used?

Your screen capture looks like the Google Nest app, but if you have the "Nest Thermostat", that one is only installed in the Google Home app. Only the Nest Thermostat E and Nest Learning Thermostat get installed in the Google Nest app. (Dealing with 2 apps for Google Nest devices is a nuisance.)
