Thermostat saying password is incorrect

What can I do to get this thermostat to accept that my wi-fi password is correct? It is the correct one I am using because all other devices are using the same password.

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Nest thermostat and for the delayed response. 

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Are you trying to enter the Wi-Fi password manually using the ring of your thermostat's display? If yes, could you try the setup using the Google Home/Nest app instead?
