Thermostat says offline and we are away

We are traveling and our thermostat says it is offline but gives us outside temp. Other devices are online.

Thanks for reaching out. The Nest Thermostats disconnect to the Wi-Fi if it experiences low battery issues or if there is a device that interferes with the connection. However, for you to do the troubleshooting, you have to be at the location where your thermostat is. You can visit this support article for your reference.
