I’ve had the thermostat for less than a year. All working fine. Can back from a week’s holiday just now to find the thermostat is no longer connect to my home Wi-Fi. Have tried all the suggestions of resetting the network and rebooting my router. Thermostat doesn’t find any Wi-Fi networks when searching. Manual entry says connection failed.
what do I do please?
cheers

Seems like it's a common error and they normally send out replacements from what I've read on threads whilst searching for this error message.
It's good that they are replacing them but a bit of a worry that the wifi chip seems to fail so regularly.
I'm guessing it's a manufacturing issue as there doesn't seem to be any working solutions.

I went on the live support chat. They sent me an email that I replied to with serial number and shipping address. I figured good to get it sorted before I need to use the heating in autumn.
