Trying to determine compatibility of replacing a 7 wire Trane thermostat

Currently have a 7 wire Trane thermostat that I would like to replace with a Nest. Is the Nest compatable -

Wire Configuration -

Red Wire = R

Black = W2-X2

White = W1

Yellow = Y

Green = G

Orange = O

Blue = B

Will this work with a Nest?
