Turning hold temperature off

How do I turn the “hold temperature” off.  I want it set at one continuous temperature not changing all the time

@Bj52, I did find a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps about the auto-learning schedule, which might be the reason why your thermostat randomly changes the temperature by itself.
