Hi - I didn’t ever get a replacement heat link and now a second one has gone. How can I get two replacements please? It is starting to get cold!

You have 2 thermostats setup or you have had 2 faulty heat links?
Where did you purchase the heat links from as a matter of interest - shop or ebay?

3 thermostats and three heatlinks. Two of the heatlinks are not working. Was supplied by my plumber.

That's a simple one if they are under 2 years old contact Nest direct.
The obvious is if the plumber fitted ask him to sort the problem, as he is the installer.
I bet the Heat Links have the word Nest on the big button?
