Cannot sign into Nest from any of 5 devices. Wireless connection to Nest still works because I receive monthly Nest Thermostat user reports. Try to sign in under two different email address with passwords and am returned to sign in screen. Tried using "Forgot Password" and select "Send Email". No email is ever received on either address. Checked my Google Acct. and it recognizes all my devices. Never had any problem like this with Nest over the past the past five years.

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
