Usage History not available on App- thermostat

I’ve seen quite a few reports of the usage history not showing up in the nest app, but I’ve not found any solutions. Mine hasn’t shown for a week. Is there a fix?

I am missing my usage history for over a month now.  It used to work fine.  I don't get it on either of my thermostats and I have two.

I am also missing my usage history.  The article didn't really help.  Any other ideas?  It used to show up before but now it just says no usage.  If I click on a day it shows that days usage but it used to show the whole past week without clicking on each day.

The Nest Thermostat usage history can be managed and viewed from the Nest app, Google Home app and the thermostat display. Are you also not getting any usage report from the thermostat display?

My issue is not resolved.  I am using the Nest app and still cannot view my usage history.  I have to click on each day to see it which is not the same as looking at the history of the past week at a time.  It also doesn't give me the amount of run time.  It used to work and now does not.

I’m still waiting too. I have read so many reports and haven’t seen any solutions - is there or will there be a solution? When I ring I keep being told software department is working on it, but this has been going on for over a year now. Help please

Hi everyone,
 

We're sorry to hear you're having issues viewing your thermostat usage history. Our team is aware of this issue and working on a fix. We'll loop back in once we get an update. In the meantime give these steps a try:
 

  1. Press your thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
  2. Choose Settings Nest settings icon.
  3. Turn the ring to Reset and press to select.
