Google sent a replacement to the wrong address in MD over 800 miles where I live in FL. I’ve been trying to get this corrected for a month with no results at this point. While the agents that I’ve talked to at Google has been nice and understanding they can’t do anything but tell me that there is nothing they can do but investigate and try and get the replacement package from the wrong address in MD before they can then send me another replacement to me in Fl. So be aware if Google makes a mistake they will blame you the customer for that mistake and hold you hostage for their mistakes. Very bad customer service. When the replacement was created I noticed the wrong address was on the replacement RMA and I told them that on day one that they were sending it to the wrong address and their agent said not to worry he would get that address corrected so it came to me in FL then FedEx sent me a picture they it was delivered to a MD address porch not my porch in FL. I called Google back and ask them why they still sent it to the wrong address and they said sorry they would have to get that package back before they could then send another one to me. That should not be my problem they should correct their mistake and send one out to me ASAP to make it right for the customer. Very BAD customer service. If you buy anything from Google or a Google product be warned they don’t care about their customers and they will give you the run around and hold you responsible for there own mistakes.

So they didn’t tell you that you had to send your thermostat back first and have it diagnosed prior to them sending you a replacement warranty unit?
