Our Nest will not connect to internet and is showing a W5 error. We have done all the trouble shooting suggestions and nothing is working. What is the next step or a different solution?

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? When and where was it bought as well as what country are you in? Also, could you provide a rundown of the steps you've tried just for us to cover all the bases?
