Hi All, we bought 7 Nest 3rd Gen Thermostats in Feb 2023. Since today one thermostat no longer connects to wifi. I have followed all steps to fix it, unfortunately with no success. Need to ask Google for a replacement. Google support team, could you please get in contact via mail. The chat doesn't work, have waited long to get connected to your agent. Thanks!
